Balsamic Brussels Sprouts & Walnuts
I used to hate sprouts until I realized they just needed a high-heat "tan." The walnuts toast right on the pan, soaking up that balsamic sweetness.

What You'll Need
- 500g Brussels sprouts (halved)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Steps
- Toss sprouts in oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast at 200°C for 20 mins until charred.
- Throw the walnuts onto the tray for the last 5 mins to toast.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
