Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is one of our pillars. If you are not happy with your product due to reasonable issues such as freshness or damaged products not due to shipping, we will try our best to make things right. Please note that our policy expires after 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label for you to send the product and a proof of purchase back to our quality assurance team.
