What You'll Need
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 tbsp shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 2–3 tbsp honey
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- Fresh mint (optional)
Steps
- Toast sourdough until golden and crisp.
- Spread ricotta evenly on each slice.
- Top with strawberries.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle pistachios, lemon zest, and flaky salt.
- Garnish with mint and serve.
