Roasted Butternut Squash with Walnuts & Sage
Cozy fall favorite: roasted squash tossed with walnuts and crispy sage.

What You'll Need
- 1 medium butternut squash, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh sage leaves
- ½ cup walnuts, toasted
- Salt & pepper
Putting It Together
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss squash cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper. Roast 30–35 min.
- In a skillet, fry sage leaves until crisp.
- Toss roasted squash with walnuts and sage.
- Serve warm.
