What You'll Need
- 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup California almonds, toasted
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Putting It Together
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast 20-25 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Remove, then toss with dried cranberries and toasted almonds.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Serve warm!
