These Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries & Almonds are sweet, savory, and incredibly flavorful. A festive side that even sprout skeptics will devour!

Yields: 4-6 Servings Prep Time: 10 minutes  Cook Time: 20-25 minutes 

What You'll Need

  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup California almonds, toasted
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Putting It Together

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast 20-25 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Remove, then toss with dried cranberries and toasted almonds.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Serve warm!
