Pistachio-Crusted Roasted Asparagus
Crunchy, salty, and vibrant. This roasted asparagus uses crushed pistachios for a gourmet crust.

What You'll Need
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1/2 cup pistachios (finely crushed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- pinch of salt
Steps
- Toss asparagus with oil and salt on a baking sheet.
- Press the crushed pistachios onto the top half of the spears.
- Roast at 400°F for 10-12 mins until the nuts are golden.
- Finish with lemon zest!
