One-Bowl Strawberry Almond Cake
A moist, dense cake made with almond flour and loaded with fresh spring strawberries.

What You'll Need
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup chopped or whole almonds
Steps
- Whisk eggs, honey, and vanilla.
- Stir in almond flour and baking soda.
- Fold in half the strawberries and all the almonds
- Pour into a 9-inch greased pan, top with remaining berries.
- Bake at 350°F ($175°C$) for 30-35 mins.
