What You'll Need
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup shelled California pistachios, roughly chopped
- ½ cup almond butter (or other nut butter)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, dried cranberries, and chopped pistachios.
- Add almond butter, honey/maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well with a spoon or your hands until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and a sticky dough forms.
