What You'll Need
- 2 oranges or mandarins, peeled & sliced
- 1 grapefruit, sliced
- 2 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped or crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: fresh mint or arugula
Steps
- Arrange citrus slices on a plate or bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and honey.
- Sprinkle pistachios and a pinch of salt.
- Add mint or arugula if desired. Serve immediately.
