Banana Walnut Pancakes
What You'll Need
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of milk️
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of chopped walnuts
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
Putting it All Together
- Mix flour with walnuts, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl
- In another pot whisk together milk, bananas, and melted butter
- Combine mixtures
- Form pancakes from the dough
- Pan fry for 4 minutes on each side
- Serve with honey and your favorite nuts
