Banana Walnut Pancakes


What You'll Need

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of milk️
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup of chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter

 

Putting it All Together

  • Mix flour with walnuts, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl
  • In another pot whisk together milk, bananas, and melted butter
  • Combine mixtures
  • Form pancakes from the dough
  • Pan fry for 4 minutes on each side
  • Serve with honey and your favorite nuts
